Bruno Marino is a scientific entrepreneur with over 15 years in diverse start-up environments serving as CEO, COO, CTO and Director of Research. He has extensive experience and publications in global climate change science, environmental monitoring and ecosystem management of closed systems. He served as Director of Science and Research at Biosphere 2 and as Research Associate of Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory, Columbia University. He is a graduate of Phillips Andover Academy, Johns Hopkins University & Harvard University where he received his M.A.and Ph.D. degrees and was awarded a NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies Fellowship in the Division of Applied Sciences and Earth Sciences. JOHN O'SULLIVAN--Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer 

John has over 15 years of a broad range of financial, operational, business development and consulting experience with early stage, middle market and Fortune 500 companies.  John has served in a variety of senior management capacities in early-stage technology companies over the past 10 years. John was a principal with Masthead Venture Partners, a technology-based venture capital firm and a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). LOEN KELLEY---VP Media Relations
Loen Kelly, recognized nationally as an exceptionally gifted writer and storyteller, is a seasoned, award-winning journalist with 20 years of experience writing, directing, and producing national programming for network and cable television. She was producer of CBS's, 48 Hours for over a decade and has worked for media institutions including CNN and CNBC. She has produced an impressively wide range of programming formats (documentaries, high profile criminal trials, breaking news specials, celebrity interviews, reality shows, live daily business news hours, and election coverage). She holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from Stanford University.

ERNA J. KOCH---VP Business Development, General Counsel
Erna Koch has extensive experience in diverse areas of science-based policy and has worked with a variety of start-ups advising in areas of business strategy, finance, intellectual property and personnel management. She holds an M.P.A. from the J.F.K. School of Government., Harvard University; an LL.M. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from University of Maine.
